The Tri-Pivot Facility is a location in the Industrial District that can be entered from the top door in the Industry Water Towers, and leads to the Gold Platform Outpost.

This is an interior area that mainly features three Structure Pivots, each having a ladder connected to them. There are a few mice scurrying around, and a door at the top to the Gold Platform Outpost.
