The Tower Mill is a location in the Industrial District that can be entered from the door under the Windmill.
Appearance[]
This location features four islands: one serves as the main island that connects to the Post Mill, one has a Screw Pivot and the doorway to this area's outpost, and 2 serve as connection islands, containing ladders to help traverse the area. Occasionally, a Black Hole will appear by the rotating platform between the Windmill doorway and the Screw Pivot.

- A total of 4 Bits can be collected here when traversing this area. One of them is hidden in a structure pivot within the Tower Mill's Outpost.
