The Sewer Boiler Rooms are a group of three rooms that are located in the Sewers. The main room can be initially accessed through the Tetromino Door in the Sewer Boiler Entry Room, and leads to the other two rooms.

Appearance[]

This is a unique area to the Sewers. It still features a monochromatic art-style, but the main color is red instead of green. It isn't dark in these rooms, and the water below is boiling. An exclusive feature in the main room is hot metal that takes a net-like appearance, which knocks off the player when touched.

Local Areas[]

There are only two local areas in the room:

  • The first is at the bottom of the main room, and it features a Tune Fork that vibrates when the player is beside it.
  • The second is at the very top of the main room, and serves as an exit point to this area, as it features a Small Gate back to the Sewer Hub.

Gameplay[]

Upon turning the valve in the main room, the water will begin to rise uncontrollably, and the player must go upward to avoid coming in contact. If this were to occur, and the last place the player is standing is submerged, they have to start over from the bottom. However, there is a raft that serves as a checkpoint should the player reach that point.

Collectibles[]

There are 2 Anti-Cubes that can be found here:

  • The first is located in this area's Tune Fork room, and can be triggered after executing the perspective shifts based on where the player hears them.
  • The second is considered the main Anti-Cube, and can be retrieved after reaching the Exit Room.
