The Bell Tower is a location in the Natural Region that can be accessed from the Nature Hub. On ground level, there is a door to Lone Tree Island, below sea level there is a door to the Glitch Room, and at the top of the Bell Tower is a door that leads to the Ancient Walls. There is also a Link Door that leads to the Five Towers.

- A total of 2 Bits can be found when climbing up the Bell Tower.
- The symbols on each side of the Bell are numbers written in the Zuish Language. Ringing the bell the certain number of times depicted on each side will trigger an Anti-Cube in place of the bell.

- When going in first-person at the top of the Bell Tower, one can see a bullseye mark on the ground. This isn't the only sighting of a bullseye in the game.
